It was another great day at the new Oaks of Righteousness property. Another All Star team of workers came from the Heimat Gemeinde Church.

There is just so much to be thankful for!

Philippians 4:19

"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus"

1 Chronicles 16:34

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever"

Although the pictures might not seem too different from the end of day 1, a lot was accomplished!

  • All Classroom walls were completed - including drywall

  • Doors with door knobs were installed for all four classrooms

  • Railing was added for the staircase and landing

  • Bathroom walls were built and drywalled

  • The mess from building and extra material was cleaned up

If you have ever done any renovations/building on an old foundation/building, you will know that there are always surprises and interesting things to deal with. Some of the most noteworthy challenges were building on a floor that was no where close to level, and dealing with exterior walls that were far from square or level. It made for a lot of measuring, laser leveling, and cutting numerous studs to precise lengths. In the end, it all worked and we are so grateful for all the time and energy that each and every worker put in this weekend!

Colossians 3:17

"And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him"

This Sunday will be a well deserved day of rest. Lord willing, on Monday, December 2nd we plan on moving everything from the old school into this new school. We anticipate starting classes in this new building on Tuesday, December 3rd. Check back on Monday or Tuesday for more updates.
