Our Mission:

At Oaks of Righteousness, we meet students where they are at and encourage them to learn and grow both academically and spiritually.  Oaks of Righteousness School equips students to live a meaningful life where they can contribute to society in a positive way economically, morally, socially and spiritually.  We are a place where all students can come to understand grace and forgiveness in an environment of godly discipline, patience and love.  A place where students feel safe and free to become the person God wants them to become.

Our Vision:

The vision for this ministry is to support and transform the lives of the Tarahumara children, teens, and their families through the good news of the gospel and a Christian-based education.  We strive to make students and their families aware of a better way of living, through Jesus Christ; dealing with the generational struggles with self worth, anger issues, abuse, drugs, alcohol, unhealthy relationships, etc., with God’s love. Proverbs 22:6 is our vision and prayer for each of the students that attend Oaks of Righteousness.

This Mission & Vision is only possible through the prayers and support of generours supporters, like you.

The current cost per student is approximately $115.00 CDN/month. This includes the cost of the curriculum, textbooks, workbooks, school supplies, school certificates, transportation, lunches, and the teacher wages for the three Tarahumara teachers.

Currently, most students pay on average $15.00 CDN/month (200 - 215 Pesos/month).

$ 7.00 - $8.00 CDN (100 - 115 Pesos) for food each month.

$7.00 CDN (100 Pesos), for a school certificate.

Some students, who do not have their legal documents, are not eligible for a school certificate and therefore only pay for the food each month.
